China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "CNHTC") is the predecessor of the Jinan automobile manufacturing factory, founded in 1956, is the cradle of heavy-duty automobile industry in our country. In the year of 2000, was listed on the main board in Hongkong, preliminary build up international platform in 2009; to achieve the strategic cooperation with the German company, the company shares Chinese Manchester SINOTRUK (Hongkong) Limited 25%+1 shares, CNHTC introduction of MAN Company D08, D20, D26 three types of engine, Middle and heavy duty truck axle and the corresponding vehicle technology, for long-term development of enterprises laid the solid foundation. March 1953: Approved by Ministry of Transport, its name was determined as Jinan Auto Repair and Parts
Factory directly supervised by Ministry of Transport.
1956: Jinan Auto Manufacturing Factory was officially established.
Dec. 1964: Renamed as Jinan Auto Manufacturing General Factory.
1983: Introduced STEYR 91 range of heavy duty truck manufacturing technology project from Austria with
the state approval.
1984: The united heavy duty truck company introduced complete vehicle technology from Austrian STEYR
AG and started to produce STEYR heavy duty trucks in China with Jinan Auto Manufacturing General
Factory as the main project sponsor.
1990: Formed China National Heavy Duty Group by taking the united heavy duty truck company as main
body and combining with other business relevant entities with the approval of the state Council.
Jan18, 2001: The establishment of New SINOTRUK was officially announced and Ma Chunji acted as the
president of the board directors and secretary of CPC SINOTRUK committee.
Aug 18, 2002: SINOTRUK set up China’s largest manufacturing base of heavy duty axles.
2003: SINOTRUK and VOLVO group signed an agreement and set up joint venture company.
Aug 6, 2004: SINORUK(Hong Kong) International Capital Co., LTD was formally incorporated in Hong Kong.
Apr 18, 2006: SINOTRUK Jinan Power Co., Ltd was established in Jinan and had its leading product line
of heavy duty truck engine put into operation.
Nov 28, 2007: SINOTRUK was listed on HSKE main board as a red chip. The company name listed is
SINOTRUK(Hong Kong) Limited, stock code:3808
July 15, 2009: SINOTRUK(Hong Kong) Limited signed an agreement with German MAN company in due
form to form strategic partnership in capital, technology, products, markets and other aspects.
Sept 28, 2010: SINOTRUK Chengdu WANGPAI Commercial Vehicle CO., Ltd was unveiled.
January 17, 2013: SITRAK the cooperation brand between SINOTRUK and MAN was launched.
Aug 16, 2015: The Science & Technology Center of SINOTRUK was officially put into use.
SINOTRUK export company is the whoolly-owned subsidiary of SINOTRUK and the foreign trad
window of SINOTRUK.
The Company has been constantly developing the vehicle sales, technical service, parts
supply, modification and overseas KD assembling capacity, and has established the
overseas marketing network; at present, it has established the representative offices and
agencies, 6 KD assembling plants in more than 40 countries of the whole world; the
products have been sold to more than 90 countries and regions; in more than 80 countries
the company has developed more than 130 class-1 distributors, more than 140 Class-2
distributors, more than 240 service outlets and more than 250 parts network points; it
has developed the marketing capability of exporting 40,000 heavy duty trucks annually,
its heavy duty trucks exporting volume has topped the list of heavy duty truck industry of
China for many years in a row. In 2011, the export volume of of finished vehicles has

volume of of finished vehicles has been more than 26,500 and got foreign-earning 650
