The SINOTRUK 90-ton mining dump truck is a heavy-duty mining vehicle designed for open-pit mines, large earthwork projects, and harsh construction sites. It features strong power, super load capacity, excellent trafficability and high durability, ensuring high attendance and stable performance under continuous heavy-load working conditions.

1. Power & Transmission System

Equipped with a WP12.430E201 engine (430 HP), the vehicle provides sufficient power reserve and strong low-speed torque, adapting perfectly to heavy-load climbing and dusty mining environments. Matched with the HW21712 heavy-duty transmission, it delivers high transmission efficiency, stable gear shifting and reliable performance for long-hour continuous operation. A 500 L large-capacity fuel tank effectively reduces refueling frequency and improves overall construction efficiency.

2. Axle, Brake & Chassis System

It adopts professional heavy-duty axle configuration: front axle load: 20,000 Kg; dual rear axles, single rear axle load: 90,000 Kg, providing super strong bearing capacity for 90-ton level transportation. Front axle and drive axles adopt drum brakes, featuring large braking force, stable braking performance, good heat dissipation and easy maintenance, which greatly improves driving safety under frequent braking and long downhill mining conditions.

The suspension system uses high-strength leaf springs: 12 pieces at the front, 15 pieces at the rear. It effectively buffers violent impact from rough roads, reduces chassis fatigue and extends vehicle service life. Equipped with hydraulic power steering, the truck offers light, flexible and precise steering, lowering driver fatigue during high-intensity work.

Overall dimension: 8700×3300×4100 mm with reasonable gravity center design. Excellent off-road performance:approach angle ≥31°, departure angle ≥40°, maximum climbing gradient: 35°.
